Frinsa’s main objective is to obtain the highest-quality products, focussing our efforts on meeting our clients’ expectations in a manner that is always sustainable and that respects the environment.
In order to achieve this essential principle, our company is involved in a process of continuous improvement, what constitutes our cornerstone in order to attain the highest standards of quality and respect for the environment.
Thanks to the strict traceability of all our raw materials, we can guarantee that only species and specimens whose sustainability is assured, sourced from areas and obtained through fishing techniques that are respectful and sustainable, are used in our processes.
Meanwhile, we have a sizeable quality-control team, both human and technological, which provides all means necessary in order to guaranty the utmost quality and safety of our canned products.
Thanks to all the resources we have committed to continuous improvement, we have been awarded and have retained, over the years, some of the most important certifications concerning quality, food safety, and the sustainability of fishing stocks, such as ISO 9001:2008 and British Retail Consortium, amongst others, and environmental certifications ISO 14001:2004.
We have no other mission beyond responding to the expectations of our clients, and this has allowed us to attain the highest levels of quality, satisfaction, and response to their needs. However, we are aware that the cycle of continuous improvement must continue, and for this reason we shall carry on striving to satisfy the expectations of all those consumers who have deposited all their confidence in our products.
